Rent us your house

We are looking for beautiful homes with at least four bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, and within a mile of a bus stop.

Benefits to you

• We are able to pay $100 per month extra or pay 12 months in advance
• We prefer long (5yr) leases
• We manage the property so you don't have to 
• We cover the cost of any maintenance or repairs up to $500
• We maintain a set of rules 
• Residents are not tenants and can be removed for violations of the rules
• Satisfaction of knowing you are helping your community 

• NO drugs or alcohol
• NO guests allowed
• NO smoking allowed in the house
• You are not allowed to possess guns, knives, or other weapons.
• We are not able to accommodate pets due to our communal nature and shared spaces.
